Your agreement
Finance for Marketers is provided by KailieTech Ltd. You contract with KailieTech Ltd for use of this educational service. By using the service you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age and, when purchasing for an organisation, authorised to act for it.
Course access and payments
The individual founding offer costs £49 for one learner, limited to the first 50 learners. The team offer costs £199 for five learners: the buyer plus four colleagues. Both provide 90 days of access from confirmed payment, with all team places expiring together. Purchases are one-time, with no automatic renewal or subscription upgrades or downgrades. Taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. AI CFO calls, translation and challenge reports are not included at launch.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. See our refund policy. An approved full refund revokes the access granted by that purchase, including team places. Product support: gail.cook@kailietech.com.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant each assigned learner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the course during their access period. We retain intellectual property in the software, course materials, documentation and branding. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape or circumvent access limits. Keep your account credentials confidential.
Acceptable use and AI
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, malware, security probing or interference. Do not submit illegal content, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, malware instructions or attempts to bypass AI safeguards. Only submit information you have permission to use, and do not submit confidential client information. You retain rights to your inputs; you permit us to process them to provide the service. Rights to AI outputs are subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You are responsible for prompts, use of outputs and verifying accuracy. Outputs may be inaccurate. This service is educational, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
We may refuse or filter outputs, remove infringing content and restrict or suspend accounts. Rights holders can report concerns to gail.cook@kailietech.com; repeated infringement may result in termination.
Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated serious violations. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or limits liability where prohibited by law. Northern Ireland law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
