Requesting a refund
Finance for Marketers is provided by KailieTech Ltd. Course payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Purchases are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy, including its 14-day refund request period and your applicable consumer rights.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details. You can also contact gail.cook@kailietech.com for help finding your purchase.
Course access after a refund
An approved full refund removes course access granted by the refunded purchase. For a team order, this applies to all five places. Your free diagnostic and sample lesson remain available. Purchases do not renew automatically.
